On Thursday, August 28, 2014, Yetta Herman (nee Press); beloved wife of the late Samuel Freedman and Cantor Louis J. Herman; devoted mother of Rabbi Simcha C. (Anna) Freedman, Rickey (Stephen) Goodman and Rabbi David E. (Yetty) Herman; dear sister of Esther (Morton) Shore, Rabbi Chaim (Mindel) Press and the late Sarah (Samuel) Kops, Tillie (Rev. David) Twersky, Chana (Eddie) Press and Fay (Leon) Perlberg; loving grandmother of Dr. Samuel (Lisa) Freedman, Dr. Ben (Cara) Freedman, Shira (Dr. Alan) Waronoff, Rachel (Brian) Saks, Yonah (Tova) Herman, Malka Sara (Moshe) Gerstle, Shmuel Chaim Herman and Nachum Herman; also survived by many great-grandchildren, loving nieces and nephews, friends and students. Funeral services at Goldsteins' Rosenberg's Raphael-Sacks, 6410 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19126 on Sunday, August 31, 2014 at 12:30 pm. Interment Montefiore Cemetery, Jenkintown, PA.
