STEERMAN

WILLIAM THOMAS, late of Boco Raton, FL., born and raised in Phila. Loving husband of 60 years to Doris (nee Falkenstein) Steerman, died Nov. 13, 2011. He was adored by his daughters Carol (Larry) Segal, Amy Steerman (Mary Ann Stover) and Barbara Vigderman and spent as much time as he could with his 6 grandchildren, Abby and Aliza Vigderman, Gabe Steerman, Nate Stover-Steerman and Harry and Annie Segal. He is also survived by sisters Tamara Gordon and Deanna Saltzman. After graduating from Central High School, he attended The University of Pennsylvania and its Law School. Bill practiced law in Phila. for over 50 years. He served in the Coast Guard during the Korean war and was a 60 year member of Montgomery Lodge #18 and a past master.
