DR. WALTER I., on Feb. 19, 2016, recently retired Montgomery County Coroner, and former Chairman of the Department of Laboratory Medicine at Roxborough Memorial Hospital.
Beloved husband of Ethel (nee Greenwald). Loving father of Andrew (Dina) Hofman and Michael (Cecile) Hofman. Grandfather of Aaron, Emilia, Mia, Isabella, Nicole, and Jonathan. Brother of Phyllis (Otto) Waldmann. Brother-in-law of Jack (Anne) Greenwald and Roy (Wilma) Greenwald. Also lovingly remembered by Michelle (Johnny) Hynes.
Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services Sunday, 1 P.M. precisely, at Temple Beth Hillel-Beth El, 1001 Remington Road, Wynnewood PA 19096. Interment Haym Salomon Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed through Wednesday evening at the late residence. Contributions in his memory may be made to Bladder Oncology Research at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital.
