Theodore "Ted" Levin

Loving husband of Barbara “Bobbi” (OBM). Ted touched more lives than most people ever could. Early on, he attended Northeast High School, served in the U.S. Army Reserves, and graduated from Temple University. Ted was a beloved teacher for over three decades at Loesche Elementary School in the Philadelphia School District and a co-founder of Briarwood Day Camp in Bucks County. Together, he guided thousands of students and campers, many of whom still fondly ask about him or recall stories of the help he provided to them.

Ted is survived by his brother Richard (Renee) Levin, sister Marilyn (Charlie) Ottaviano; daughters Lisa Levin (Joel Rubinstein), Bari Nardella (AJ Wallinger), and Jennifer (Christopher) Gage; grandchildren Stevie (Lenny) Bondarchuk, Ryan (Jessica) Tessler, Dylan Selbst (Emma), Taylor Selbst (Jesse), Brody Gage, Joey (Lauren), Brad, and Paige (Zac) Nardella; great-grandchildren Noa, Leo and Elan Bondarchuk, and Scottie Tessler.

Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services on Tuesday, April, 28 2026, at 11:30 AM at Goldsteins' Rosenberg's Suburban North, 310 Second Street Pike, Southampton, PA 18966. Interment to follow at Shalom Memorial Park, 3573 Pine Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.

Shiva will be observed at his late residence, with visitation on Wed. & Thurs. from Noon to 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM., and a minyan on Wed. & Thurs. evenings at 7:30 PM. Kindly park on Renaissance Blvd. to avoid turning onto Kennedy Way. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ted’s memory may be made to: Michael J. Fox Foundation or to American Lung Association.
