(nee Jacobs), Sept. 25, 2003; beloved and devoted wife of Frank Patrick for 58 years, loving mother of Marlene Patrick, Dr. Herbert (Paula) Patrick and Dr. Kenneth (Donna) Patrick; cherished grandmother/Bubby of Debra (Matthew) Conard, Stephen (Natalie) Maslin, Lisa Patrick, Adam Patrick, Emily Patrick and Meredith Patrick; adoring great grandmother (Bubby) of Larissa, Jaylin, Cheyanne and Hunter; beloved sister of Dr. Morris (Jackie) Jacobs, Dr. Irvin (Jewel) Jacobs, Evelyn (Dr. Raphael) Levin and Charles (Joan) Jacobs. She was head of Kosher Meals On Wheels at K'neseth Israel for 20 years. Relatives, friends, members of Lomzer Mutual B.A. and Cong. Adath Zion are invited to a 'Celebration of her Life', Monday 11 A.M. precisely, GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS, 6410 N. Broad St. Int. Mt. Sharon Cemetery. In accordance with Sylvia's wishes, there will be no Shiva. Family will be at the residence of Marlene Patrick, Monday only.
