Sylvia Miller

Sylvia R. Miller (nee Reitman) age 99, Bala Cynwyd, PA. Beloved wife of the late Albert Miller, passed on September 13th after a long, happy, beautiful life. Loving mother of Joyce and Les Helmus, Ron and Debbie Miller. Cherished Grandmother of: Lisa and Steve Gottschalk, Amy and Brad Ascalon, Dana and James Acton, Cliff and Melissa Miller. Great Grandmother of Spencer, Perri, Nathan, Abby and Brooke. Sylvia grew up in Strawberry Mansion where she met her late husband (Albert) of 61 years. She attended Gratz High School, worked at her parents’ deli in Strawberry Mansion and was the long time bookkeeper for our family business, Adelphia Plumbing and Heating. She enjoyed playing cards, traveling and especially being with family. Family and friends are invited to her Graveside Service on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at 1PM Haym Salomon Memorial Park (Frazer, PA 19355)  Shiva will be observed Sunday and Monday, 4:00PM - 8:00PM at the late residence. Contributions in her memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
