SYLVIA (nee Siegel), April 9, 1916 - April 14, 2008. She died peacefully, with her husband of 60 years, Julian, and her daughter, Sharon, by her side. Sylvia was a business person (she was, for many years, the volunteer coordinator at Eastern State School & Hospital for Children), mother, volunteer and politically active her whole life. She will be remembered as a woman of integrity, good humor and strong opinions, but most of all, a loving grandmother dedicated to her family. She is survived by her three children, Hank, Sharon (Alan Neiburg) and Jerry (Jennifer Wallace) and seven grandchildren, Andrew (Adele), Jayme (James Della Bella), Jessica, Gabriel, Laura, Melissa and Taylor, her sisters, Fay Munter and Myra Ackerman; many nieces and nephews; and countless devoted friends. Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services Friday 2:30 P.M. precisely at GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS SUBURBAN NORTH, 310 Second St. Pike, Southampton. Family will return to the residence of Sharon and Alan Neiburg. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Delaware Valley, 399 Market St.- Suite 102, Phila.
