SYLVIA GARBER (nee Abrams), Jan. 16, 2019. Wife of the late Lewis. Mother of Binnie (Elliott) Footer and Larry (Maxine) Garber. Also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside services Friday 10 A.M. precisely at Shalom Mem. Park (Sec. Elijah). Shiva will be observed Friday until 4 P.M., Saturday after sunset and Sunday after 2 P.M. at the home of Binnie and Elliott Footer.
