OXENHORN June 20, 2002, STEVE, loving husband of Alicia (nee Noel), loving father of Evan and Ryan Oxenhorn, brother of Renee and Barry Reiter and Jay Oxenhorn, son of Hannah and Melvin, brother-in-law of Janice Jaffee, son-in-law of Joseph and Dolores Noel, uncle of Erica and Paul Reiter, Samantha and Ronn Jaffee. He was the President and Director of the Huntingdon Valley Activities Association (H.V.A.A.). He was a brother of Rho Omega Chapter of Sigma Alpha Rho. He was loved by many friends and the kindest and dearest of men.
