Stephen Green

Stephen Lawrence Green, born on February 28, 1948 passed away in his home on July 5, 2024 surrounded by his loved ones. He was the beloved son to Samuel and Elsie Green and sister to Judy (Green) Krause. Stephen leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He is survived by his loving wife Shelly (nee Orliner), his high school sweetheart who he married March 8, 1970. He is also survived by his daughter Michelle (Adam) Warren, Mindy Green and his 2 granddaughters Sarah and Emi Warren. In addition to his family Steve leaves behind a community that cherished him and his dedication to his family and his faith. Stephen enjoyed the simple things in life spending time with his family and always making sure he donated to Tzedaka. He loved watching sports, CNN and cooking shows. A funeral service will be held at Goldstein's Rosenbergs' Funeral Directors Suburban North on Monday July 8th at 11:30 AM preciesly.  Shiva will be held at their late residence. Contributions in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society. 

Stephen will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him may his spirit live on in the hearts of all that loved him.
