DR. SIMON, May 12, 2005; husband of the late Gertrude, beloved father of Dr. Ruth Polan (Robert Aruj), Dr. H. Jonathan Polan (Dr. Charlene); loving brother of Esther Dellman and Dr. Harold Polan (Doris); beloved grand-father of Alex, Max, Sam and Michael. Funeral Services were held Friday morning May 13th at the Mausoleum at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Shiva observed at his late residence. Contributions in his memory may be made to Gratz College, 7605 Old York Road, Melrose Park PA 19027.
