SIDNEY, 91, of Wenonah NJ, on September 22, 2014. Beloved husband of Theresa B. Brown; loving father of Michael, Craig and Meryl and loving grand-father to Cory and Chase and their wives Carly and Sarah.
At age 17, Stern joined the US Navy in 1942 as Coxswain piloting Higgins Troop Landing boats. He participated in the North African, Salerno and Sicily Invasions and the Initial Normandy D Day Invasion at Omaha - Red Beach.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Funeral Services Wednesday, September 24, 11:30 A.M. at Har Zion Cemetery, Collingdale PA .
