Shirley Gilbert (née Dorfman)

Shirley Gilbert (nee Dorfman) passed away January 22, 2026. She was the devoted wife of the late Albert Gilbert and the beloved mother of Julie Gilbert. She was the cherished daughter of Jacob and Fanny (née Mark) Dorfman, and was predeceased by her brother, Samuel Dorfman, and her sister, Ida Gochin.

Shirley will be remembered for the close, loving relationships she shared with her many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Her warmth, generosity, and enduring kindness touched everyone who was fortunate enough to know her.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service and interment on Thursday at 11 A.M. at Crescent Memorial Park, Pennsauken, N.J.
