Wife of the late Jacob Zwick, mother of Annette Zwick (Shepard Smithline), grandmother of Zachary Benjamin Smithline, Gabriel Ethan Smithline, & Jeremy Lawrence Smithline. A memorial service will be planned by the family. Contributions in her memory may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
