SAMUEL D. April 8, 2008. Devoted brother of Bertha Karavin. Also survived by loving friends and cousins. Mr. Karavin was a mason, a member of Lodge #126 F & AM. He was a member of CHAIN (a French culinary society) and Caterina De Medici (an Italian culinary society). Mr. Karavin was a member of many different Jewish organizations including Gratz College, the Jewish Theological Seminary and the Perlman Jewish Day School. Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services Thursday 1: 30 PM precisely GOLDSTEINS ROSENBERGS RAPHAEL-SACKS 6410 N. Broad Street. Int. Montefiore Cem. Shiva will be observed at his late residence. Contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
