SAMUEL, Jan. 31, 2005; beloved husband of the late Shirley for 73 yrs; devoted father of Dr. Rita (Dr. Syd) Jaffe, Elaine (Phil) Cohen, Dr. Chic (Joan) Dowburd. Mr. Dowburd was also the devoted father of the late Melvyn J. Dowburd. Also survived by 16 grandchildren and 17 great grand-children. Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services Wednesday 1 P.M. precisely GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS SUBURBAN NORTH, 310 Second St. Pike, Southampton. Int. Roosevelt Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed at the residence of Chic and Joan Dowburd through Saturday Evening. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Fdn.
