Loving father of John (Nicky) Polis, Andrew (Deborah) Polis, Kathy (Ron) Fishman, Robin (Andrew) Gowa, Ellen (Stuart) Wolf, Andrew (Deborah) Zlotnick and the late Jim Polis. Dear brother of Richard (Sandy) Polis and the late Betty Martin. Also survived by 15 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
