SMOGER, RUTH M. 82 - of Atlantic City, passed away on January 18, 2013 in Galloway Twp., NJ. Ruth was born in Philadelphia, PA. If the love of life was enough, she would have lived forever. She will be missed by her husband of 64 years Albert ("Emil") Smoger, her children Gerson and Ilene, their partners Anna Werner and Carla McGee, her grand-children Kohelet and Stern, her brother Sid Stern, and everyone who ever knew her.
