RUTH "RICKIE" SNYDER

More than 99 years ago, on November 6, 1921, Louis and Lillian Lipman
welcomed into the world their only daughter, Ruth "Rickie". By the time she was 18,
Rickie knew that small town Vineland, New Jersey was not for her. Her destiny was to
the northwest, in Philadelphia, where she met Stanley Snyder. They married, settled
in Mt. Airy, and had three children: Howard Snyder (Dawn), Lisa Snyder Goldberg
(Lee), and Randee Snyder Slutzky (Harvey). Then came 7 grandchildren: Lauren Karpf,
David Snyder (Emilie), Robin Shalo, Lindsay Wieker (Jeff), Brian Snyder (Amy), Jordan
Goldberg (Laura), and Andrew Simon (Kristen); followed by 10 great-grandchildren:
Cooper, Tyler, Zane, Mia, Henry, Noah, Ione, Charlotte, Chandler, Dylan and still
counting.
Rickie was an avid bridge player, had numerous friends, was adored by all, but
always put her family first. She will be lovingly remembered.
Graveside services will be private.
