With great sadness and sorrow, we announce the passing of Ruth Feldman. Beloved and cherished wife to Gary for 48 years, mother to Jayme, Heather, Corey and Rachel, Mom Mom to Jake, Logan and Cameron as well as sister to Mathew and Adam. Her smile, warmth and kindness touched the lives of countless people.
Ruth obtained a teacher degree from the University of Maryland and a Master’s Degree from William Patterson University. She worked tirelessly for 25 years as a special education teacher at Delran High School. She poured her heart into her students, believing in each child's potential and working tirelessly to help them succeed. Always dedicated to helping others, she was an active member in multiple charitable organizations and groups. Her passions included travel, reading, the beach, crafts and the Beatles. There was no task too great, no challenge too big, no time commitment too much for her family.
She loved people and embraced life through their presence. Those who knew Ruth will remember her as kind, caring, thoughtful, and generous. She had a way of making people feel seen, valued, and loved. Her warmth and gentle spirit will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services on Monday June 29, 2026 at Beth Kehillah Cemetery at 11:00 AM. For those unable to attend, a zoom link is available here.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made below in Ruth's memory to support pancreatic cancer research and patient care. We hope that through these contributions, Ruth's legacy of helping others will continue to make a difference in the lives of those facing this disease.
