Roslyn Forman

Roslyn Forman (nee Dennis) passed away peacefully on November 18, 2023.  Roz was born and raised in Philadelphia where she also raised her children.  Daughter of the late Benjamin and Ida Dennis, beloved wife of the late David Forman, devoted mother of Stuart Forman (Andi) and Shana Lebofsky (Adam), dedicated grandmother to Corey and Marlee Forman, and Benjamin, Emily, and Max Lebofsky, loving sister of late Arthur Dennis (Arlene). Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services at 2 PM precisely at Roosevelt Memorial Park (Trevose, PA) on Monday, November 20, 2023.  Shiva will be held at the Lebofsky residence on Monday and Tuesday evenings.  Contributions can be made in her name to Magen David Adom or Jewish War Veterans.
