Roslyn “Cookie” Arnold passed away peacefully on November 27, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.
She is survived by her devoted daughters Ellen Kabo, Marsha (Louis) Arnold, and Harriet (Mark) Goldstein; seven beloved grandchildren, Jaime (Todd) Palatnek, Scott (Kelly) Kabo, Drew (Jamie) Kabo, Troy Arnold, Cole Arnold, Allison (Adam) Lautman, and Jesse Goldstein; and eight cherished great-grandchildren.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Cookie was a proud graduate of Olney High School, Class of 1952. She went on to dedicate more than 30 years of service to the Federal Government, where her commitment and work ethic earned the respect of all who knew her.
Cookie was the heart of her family, known for her warmth, wisdom, and humor. Holidays and family gatherings were her favorite times, always filled with laughter, love, and the aroma of her famous potato salad and roasted chicken. A talented baker and gracious hostess, Cookie made everyone feel welcome at her table.
She approached life with energy and enthusiasm, whether playing cards, enjoying a good book, or sharing stories with those she loved. Her greatest joy came from her family, whom she cherished beyond measure.
Cookie’s legacy lives on in the lives of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who will forever carry her love, lessons, and laughter in their hearts.
A graveside service will be held in her honor at Shalom Memorial Park, Huntingdon Valley, PA, on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 12:30 PM.
