Ronald John Maurer Dear husband and father, passionate athlete and coach Ronald John Maurer, formerly of Boonton Township, N.J., and Scotch Plains, N.J., died March 7, 2015. Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services on Tuesday, March 10, 2015, at 12 noon at the Flemington Jewish Community Center, 5 Sergeantsville Rd., Flemington, N.J. 08822. Interment is at Flemington Jewish Community Center Cemetery. Shiva will be observed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings, commencing at 7 p.m. at the Maurer residence. He received his degree in mechanical engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology and his M.B.A. from Rutgers University. Ronald was the loving husband of 20 years to Wendy Baer; devoted father of Ian Maurer and Lauren Maurer; son of Elizabeth and the late John Maurer; and brother of Christine Odabashian. He is also survived by one nephew, two nieces, and many loving friends.
