Rochelle “Shelly” Labman (nee Borloff) on July 8, 2025. Wife of the late Steven J. Labman. Mother of Robert (Margaret) Labman, Debra (Michael II) Toth and Nicole (William Jr.) King. Sister of Sandra “Sandy” (late Irvin L.) Reiss, and the late Michael Borloff. Predeceased by her parents Samuel “Shy” and Minnie (nee Cohen) Borloff. Grandmother of Michael Toth III, Alexis Toth, William King and Jennifer Schoenewald.

Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services Thursday, July 10, 2025, 1:30 PM at Goldsteins' Rosenberg's Raphael Sacks Suburban North, 310 2nd Street Pike, Southampton, PA, 18966. Interment Montefiore Cemetery. Shiva will be observed at the Toth residence. Contributions in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or to Special Olympics.
