Rochelle Ellen Caplan

(nee Dubin) on December 15, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Robert Caplan; loving mother of Erik; adoring grandmother of Xavier. Sister of Stephen (Rita) Dubin. She received her master’s in social work from University of Pennsylvania and was the director of the Children and Youth Services for the Philadelphia of Department of Human Services. Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services on December 19^th, 2022, at 11:00AM precisely at GOLDSTEINS’ ROSENBERG’S RAPHAEL-SACKS 6410 N. Broad St., Phila. PA: interment to follow at Shalom Memorial Park (Abraham). Contributions in her memory may be made to Planned Parenthood, MANNA or to the World Wildlife Fund.
