Robin Sue Stein

Robin Sue Cohen Stein, age 63, of Pine Hill, New Jersey, passed away on June 14, 2025.

Born on March 29, 1962, Robin Sue was the beloved daughter of the late Barbara and the late Bernard Cohen. She graduated from George Washington High School in Northeast Philadelphia, and thereafter from Temple University with both a BA and MA in Education.

Robin Sue spent her professional career as an elementary school teacher in the Philadelphia School System, primarily at the John B. Kelly Elementary School in Germantown. She will always be remembered for her commitment to her family and friends, devotion to teaching children and a passion for her cats.

Robin Sue is survived by her brother Jeffrey Cohen, sister-in-law Robin Cohen, her two nieces Marissa Schmidt and Bryana Toran, eight grand- nieces and one grand-nephew. She is also survived by her former husband, Jeff Stein.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Graveside Service on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 1:00 pm precisely, Shalom Memorial Park, 3573 Pine Rd, Huntingdon Valley, PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to either Muscular Dystrophy Association, mda.org or the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, jewishphilly.org
