ROBERT MARK, of Elkins Park, PA, formerly of Phila., passed away surrounded by family on October 13, 2016. Beloved husband of Lyne Harmon, loving father of Alicia Harmon (Adam Nolan) and Aaron (Ann) Harmon, and brother of Richard Harmon. Also survived by grand-children, Saga, Samuel, Alison and Griffin Harmon who he adored beyond measure and whom gave him immense joy. On retirement Bob enjoyed volunteering at the Franklin Institute and being a standard-ized patient at Jefferson Hospital. Other interests were his involvement in a men's group, philosophy group and his beloved Tuesday Poker. He and Lyne traveled to many countries as well as seven bike trips throughout Europe. Bob and Lyne had recently celebrated their 52nd anniver-sary and 74th birthdays. He received his DED (Doctorate in Philosophy of Education) in 1974 from Temple. Bob was a life-long educator inspiring many young students through-out his career. He was known for his love of puns, stubborn nature and devotion to his friends and family.
Relatives and friends are invited to Memorial Services Sunday 1 P.M. precisely at GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS, 6410 N. Broad St. Shiva will be observed at the late residence Sunday through Tuesday after 6 P.M.
