MARKOWITZ--Raymond. UJA-Federation of New York mourns the passing of Raymond Markowitz, beloved husband of Natalie Packel. Raymond's legacy will live on in his family's unwavering commitment to the Jewish community. He was predeceased by his first wife Judy Markowitz.
