RALPH, May 7, 2015. Loving father of Marc Neibauer (Andrea), Lawrence J. Neibauer (Lynn), and Fred Neibauer (Renee). Grandfather of Matthew, David, Marc, Lisa, and David. Also survived by 7 great grand-children. He was preceded in death by his loving companion, Rose Cohen. Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services Sunday, 11 A.M. precisely, at Shalom Memorial Park (Sec. H-2), Huntingdon Valley PA. Shiva will be observed at the home of Larry and Lynn Neibauer through Monday evening.
