Rabbi Seymour “Sim” Prystowsky passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on April 26, 2024.  Sim was the rabbi of Congregation Or Ami in Lafayette Hill for 38 years and has been Rabbi Emeritus since he retired in 2001.  He was the cherished husband of Cochava Prystowsky, loving father of the Donna Desjardins (Drew) and late Elan Prystowsky (Galila), beloved brother to Steven Prystowsky, and adoring grandfather to Tal and Liron Prystowsky, and Skye and Sage Desjardins. 


Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services Wednesday, May 1, 11 AM precisely at Goldsteins' Rosenberg's Raphael Sacks Suburban North, 310 Second Street Pike, Southampton, PA 18966. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed Wednesday at the home of Donna and Drew Desjardins. Minyan at 7 PM. Shiva will resume Saturday and Sunday evenings with Minyan commencing at 7:30 PM at the late residence in Shannondell, Audubon, PA. A memorial service will take place Thursday evening at 7:30 PM at the Ashcroft Card Room at Shannondell.
