PHYLLIS SANDRA (nee Finn), passed away on August 19, 2014, surrounded by her family. A 23+ year breast cancer survivor, Phyllis was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, who loved nothing more than having her family and friends around her dinner table. A teacher, social worker and early childhood education professional, Phyllis worked tirelessly throughout her life for the betterment of others. She found joy in sewing, gardening in her flower beds and cooking large meals for Sunday night family dinners.
An inspiration to all, her legacy is carried on by her loving husband, David; son, Robert (Christina) Cooperman; daughter, Lisa (Duane) Kolar; daughter, Jamie (William) Seifert; son, Josh (Rebecca) Kohn; sister, Marge Francisco; father-in-law, Manny Kohn and 7 wonderful grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services Friday, 12:30 P.M. precisely, at Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge NJ. Shiva will be observed Saturday through Monday. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to DVAEYC and Susan G. Komen Phila..
