PHYLLIS (nee Feldman), on December 3, 2015. Wife of the late Frank; mother of Ruth (Jules) Mermelstein, Dr. Steven (Candice) Applebaum, Martin (Cheryl) Applebaum and Marcia (Paul) Friend; also survived by 6 grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services Sunday, 9:30 A.M., precisely, at GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS SUBURBAN NORTH, 310 Second St. Pike, Southampton. Int. Roosevelt Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed at the residence of Martin and Cheryl Applebaum on Sunday only. Commencing Monday, Shiva will be observed at the residence of Ruth and Jules Mermelstein. Contributions in her memory may be made to a charity of donor's choice.
