PHYLIS (nee Trachtman), on Nov. 27, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Paul Breen. Mother of Adele (Kenneth) Breen-Franklin, Joel (Kim) Breen. Sister of Louise Witonsky and Jack Trachtman. Bubbie to Nate and Aaron, and Julia and Brendon. Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services Monday 1 P.M. precisely Har Nebo Cemetery (Sec. K). Shiva will be observed at the Franklin residence. Contributions in her memory may be made to the SPCA or the Elkins Park Library.
