Philip J. Alterman

Philip J. Alterman on April 22 at the age of 92. Husband of the late Barbara “Bobby”; father of Marlene Green and Charles Alterman; grandfather of Jacqueline and Stephanie Green. Also survived by his loving canine, Penny Lane.

Philip graduated from Central High School and Penn State University. He began his engineering career as a Field Engineer for the United States Corps of Engineers. As the years went on, he grew to specialize in Structural Design and Forensic Investigations as fellow in NPSE, PSPE, ACI, CSI, STM, ANSI, ASSE, ASCE, NAFE, SIA, Wood Truss Council of America, and Former President of Kensington Hospital. Philip spent close to six decades working at Hudson International and has been listed as a Noteworthy Engineer by Marquis Who’s Who.

Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services Friday, April 26, 11 AM precisely at Montefiore Cemetery (Sec. Memorial Park A), 600 Church Rd, Jenkintown, PA 19046.
