PEARL FLAXMAN

Pearl Kauffman Flaxman passed away peacefully in her home on June 25, 2022.  Wife for 67 years to Charles (Chick) Flaxman.  Sister of Doris Kauffman Morris and Jerry Kauffman.  Loving Mother of Sharon (Anmuth), Rhonda (Giatomaso), and Larry. Grandmom to Michael, Vicky, and Amanda. Great Grandmom to Noah, John Parker, Rory and Kendall.  Loving Aunt to Ellen Morris Alexander, Neil Morris, Deborah Morris Baird,  Eric Flaxman, Brian Flaxman, Craig Flaxman, Karen Flaxman Poe, Susan Flaxman, and Lisa Flaxman Martin.

Pearl was employed for many years performing multifaceted positions requiring organization and independent thinking.  She was intelligent, articulate, and creative.  Among her employers, Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, Union Canvas Company, and Beth Emeth Synagogue.

Pearl loved people.  She enjoyed socializing and helping others and introduced six of her girlfriends to future husbands.   She raised capital for Mentally disabled children and Tourettes Syndrome research.  In Florida, she organized and facilitated  all kinds of games and meetings that enabled others to see shows and play weekly card and table games.  

She adored her husband,  children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  She was happiest at family celebrations surrounded by those that meant the most to her.  

Family and friends are invited to the funeral at 11:30 am on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at  Goldsteins' Rosenberg's Raphael-Sacks, 310 2nd Street Pike, Southampton, PA 18966.  Interment will follow in King David Memorial Park, 3594 Bristol Road, Bensalem, PA  19020.
