In Loving Memory of Paul Peskin
Paul Peskin, age 65, passed away suddenly after enduring extensive health issues. Paul was a devoted father, a loving “P-Pop,” a cherished son, a wonderful brother, and a loyal friend to many. His presence brought warmth, humor, and kindness to all who knew him.
Paul leaves behind his two beloved daughters, Danielle and her partner Casey - who had a wonderful loving relationship with Paul - and Cori, and her husband (Perry) who were the center of his world. He was a proud and adoring grandfather to Michala, Myles, Grace, and Marianne, each of whom brought him immeasurable joy.
He is also survived by his loving mother, Norma Rosenberg (née Peskin); his brother Joel, with whom he shared an especially close bond, and Joel’s wife, Beth Peskin; as well as his brother Robert and his wife, Marybeth. Paul’s family meant everything to him, and he cherished the time spent together. He was preceded in death by the love of his life until the very end Marcia. Paul had a deep love for his passions and hobbies. He was a dedicated fan of Penn State and especially loved the Flyers—rarely without his signature orange jerseys and any Philadelphia sports teams. He enjoyed collecting stamps and coins, and he found great joy in spending time at the casino. These simple pleasures were a big part of what made Paul who he was.
Above all, Paul will be remembered for his generous heart, his sense of humor, and the love he gave so freely to his family and friends. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at Mt. Jacob Cemetery, located at 141 Bartram Avenue in Glenolden. Immediately following, a luncheon will be held in Paul’s honor. Additional details to follow.
