Paul received a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the Univ. of Pennsylvania, and had a dis-tinguished engineering career with Westinghouse Corp. and Delmarva Power. He is survived by his wife, 2 daughters, 2 step-daughters, 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held Friday 3 P.M. precisely GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS SUBURBAN NORTH, 310 Second St. Pike, Southampton. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Del. Valley Chapter, 399 Market St., Suite 102, Phila., PA 19106.
