MATZNER OTTO, Dec. 2, 2002; husband of the late Harriet (nee Glatter), father of Steven (Ellen) Matzner and Irene Matzner, grandfather of Jennifer (Bill) Sherwood, Jeff (Megan) Matzner and Jason Matzner; great grandfather of Nicole Rose Sherwood.
