Norman, age 93, passed away May 11, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Shirley (nee Dorfman) Loving father of Wendy Tarnoff (Bruce Ludwig), and Jill Tarnoff (David Wolf). Adoring “Grandpop” of Hedy Ludwig, Orly Ludwig, Aliza Wolf, and Samuel Wolf.  Dear brother of the late Selma Cohn and Mark Tarnoff.  Family and friends are invited to his Graveside Service on Sunday May 14, 2023, 11am precisely, Haym Salomon Memorial Park, 200 Moores Rd. Frazer, PA 19355. Friends and family may return to the home of Wendy and Bruce following the service. Contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
