NORMAN, June 6, 2011, of Sarasota FL, formerly of Rydal. Husband of the late Gladys (nee Weiss). Father of Eileen (Stephen) Engber, Felice (Lee) Downing and Carol (Ari) Marchand. Grandfather of Shiri, Amy and David Marchand, Kim (Bruce) Taylor and Keith Engber. Great grandfather of Ben and Sam Taylor.
A retired CPA, he was a graduate of The Wharton School at the Univ. of PA in 1941 and served as a Sergeant in the Army Air Corps during WWII. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of Mensa since 1949. He was a founder and choir master at West Oak Lane JCC.
Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services Wednesday, 2 P.M. precisely, at Shalom Memorial Park (Section David). Shiva will be observed at the Marchand residence, North Wales. Contributions in his memory may be made to MAZON, 10495 Santa Monica Blvd., Suite 100, Los Angeles, CA 90025.
