NEIL HARRIS PARKER on December 19, 2023. Beloved son of Barbara “Bobbi” (nee Cohen) and the late Ronald Parker; Loving brother of Sherri and Thomas Moss and Brett Parker; Loving uncle of Murray Moss. Also survived by many loving family members. Neil was the most loving son, brother, and uncle. He loved his music and was able to replicate any tune he heard with ease. Neil also enjoyed physical fitness, working out and keeping in shape. He touched everyone’s heart with his warm smile, and he surely will be missed and leaves a deep hole in everyone’s life who loved him.
