Beloved son of Mildred (nee Blumenthal) and the late Harold Finkel; Loving brother of Bruce (Andrea) Finkel and Barbara Finkel; Devoted uncle of Zachary and Alexandria. Neil was a very kind, social person who loved traveling, maps, and the weather. A graduate of Upper Moreland High School who then worked the following 41 yrs. before spending his final time living with his mother in Premier Cadbury of Cherry Hill where he assisted, she and the staff whenever possible.
