Beloved husband of Thelma (nee Brown), devoted father of Sheila Richter Smith (Jim) and Andi (Barry) Oxenburg; brother of Joseph (Grace) Freilick and the late Annette (Bill) Jaffe; grandfather of Cindy Richter (Fred Kasak), Bonnie Oxenburg McShain (Devitt), Seth Richter, Ben Oxenburg, Jim (Kathy) Smith Jr. and Kristin Smith; great grandfather of Justin, Courtney and Haley. Mr. Freilick was the founder and owner of NHF Musical Merchandise Corp.
