Myrna Carolyn Lieberman

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Myrna Carolyn Lieberman (nee Konikow). Myrna passed away peacefully at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers, Massachusetts, on July 7, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Jules (Rocky) Lieberman. She had a vibrant, beautiful relationship with Rocky. She was the daughter of the late Lee and Irving Konikow and sister of the late Trudy Spritz. Devoted mother of Donna Drizin (Gary), Linda Lieberman Monticciolo (Paul), and Glenn Lieberman (Jill). Loving grandmother of Derek Drizin (Narda), Dean Drizin (Nikki), Shane Lieberman, and Cole Lieberman. Dear great-grandmother of Jack and Juliette Drizin.

Myrna always put her family before herself. She looked forward to any opportunity to connect with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and had a unique bond with each of them.

Myrna’s legacy is evident in her family. Her strength, compassion, and tenacity will live on through her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was so many things to our family… Mom, Grandmom, Great-Grandmom, Friend, Fan, Happy Helper, and the best example of a woman and a mom we could have.

Myrna loved reading, playing Mahjong, Canasta, and time spent in Margate and Hilton Head. She was hired by the Philadelphia National Bank as a customer service representative and progressed in her career to be Vice President as a Banker.

When you think of Myrna, please remember to enjoy the simple daily moments in life, be kind to everyone you meet, say hello to a stranger in passing, take walks, be a fashionista, laugh, and dance like nobody’s watching! Myrna touched the lives of many, and all remember her with a smile and special memories. She will be missed but never forgotten.

Special thanks to the wonderful caregivers at Stone Hill Retirement Community at Andover and the Kaplan Family Hospice House for their care and support.

Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside services on Sunday at 11 AM precisely at Haym Salomon Memorial Park, 200 Moores Rd., Frazer, PA 19355. Shiva will be observed at the home of Dean and Nikki Drizin. Contributions in her memory may be made to Care Dimensions, 75 Sylvan St., Suite B-102, Danvers, MA 01923, www.caredimensions.org.
