MYER BORISH

On December 1, 2018. Husband of the late Evelyn (nee Altman). Father of Stephen Borish and his wife Maureen, Neil Borish and his wife Mary Lou. and the late Mark H. Borish. Also survived by 3 Grandchildren and 5 Great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to a military service followed by a Masonic Service, followed by funeral services Thursday 11 AM precisely at Montefiore Cemetery (Sect 9) , 600 Church Road, Jenkintown, PA 19046. Mr. Borish was a World War II veteran serving in the Army. During his service he received a purple heart among many other military honors. He was a 79 year member of Shekinah-Fernwood Lodge #246 F & AM. The family will return to the home of Neil and Mary Lou Borish. Shiva will be observed Thursday following services, Friday 10 AM -5 PM and Saturday and Sunday after 10 AM. Contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
