MURRAY JOSEPH, age 93, Sept. 3, 2003, beloved husband for 60 years of Marion (nee Langa); father of Dr. Jonathan and Beletta Grohsman, grandfather of Bernard and the late Murray Arthur Grohsman; he was a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School of Business and Industrial Engineer, Founder of Murray-Jason Inc., and served in WWII after retiring he became the administrator for the Opthomology practice of his son. He was a member of Philmont Country Club, Chairman of Cards there, and also served as Chairman of the Phila. Suburban Bridge League for more than 20 years. He was a life member of Equity Lodge #591 F.&A.M. Murrays's family was one of the founding families of Congregation Keneseth Israel. Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Service Fri., 1 PM. precisely at Reform Congregation Keneseth Israel, 8339 Old York Rd., Elkins Park, PA. Family will return to the residence of Dr. Jonathan and Beletta Grohsman. Contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
