Dear brother of the late George Shapiro, Estelle Spielberg and Judith Farber. Father of Joan (Jerry) Rappaport and Kenneth (Ying) Shapiro. Grandfather of Louis (Nancy) Rappaport, Brian (Jennifer) Rappaport and Seth (Jamie) Rappaport. Great grandfather of Julia, Ethan, Abraham, Jude, Jake, Issac, Jonah and Brooke Rappaport; brother-in-law of Rochelle Shapiro Wolf; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Morty was a proud veteran of WWII. Burial private.
