FRANK MORTON, Feb. 20, 2003, of Natanya Israel, formerly of Phila.; beloved husband of Joyce (nee Appelstein), beloved father of Sharon (Harry) Hirsch of Israel and Ellen (Richard) Levinson of Israel; also survived by 8 grandchildren; dear brother of Kenneth A. (Sandra) Frank and Donald (Marcy) Frank. Funeral Services will be held in Natanya Israel. Family will return for Shiva at the home of Kenneth and Sandra Frank.
