Morton Chavenson on March 25, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Eleanor (nee Pollack). Devoted father of Maris Chavenson (Martin Raffel), Paul Chavenson (Lisa), and Val Chavenson. Dear brother of Rabbi Leonard Zucker (Marilyn) and Esther Chavenson. Loving Zayda of Alanna Raffel, Amanda Chavenson Sciandra (Sal), Josh Raffel (Nicole), Jason Chavenson, Jackson, Suki, Spica, Barkley and Luna. He was predeceased by his brothers Hyman, Samuel, and Abraham Chavenson, and Jack Zucker. Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services Wednesday, March 27 at 1 PM precisely at GOLDSTEINS ROSENBERGS RAPHAEL-SACKS 6410 N. Broad St., Philadelphia, PA 19126. Internment will be at Roosevelt Memorial Park: 2701 Old Lincoln Highway Trevose, PA 19053. Shiva will be observed each of the following nights from 6:00 - 9:00PM (services: 6:30) on Wed., March 27 at the home of Paul and Lisa Chavenson: 1530 Foxbury Rd Maple Glen, PA 19002, Thurs., March 28 at the home of Maris Chavenson and Martin Raffel: 16 Coral Place, Long Branch, NJ 07740 and Sun., March 31 at the Philadelphian Social Hall, 2401 Pennsylvania Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19130.
