Morris Levin

Dr. Morris Levin, age 80, died February 7. Beloved husband of Dina (Shocker) Levin for 57 years; proud father of Howard (Lisa) Levin, Robin (Stephen) Roseman, and David (Stephanie) Levin. Devoted Zayda of Jared Levin and Erica Levin; Sam Kistler and Jake Kistler; Ethan Roseman, Brandon Roseman, and Sophie Roseman; and Max Levin and Jesse Levin. Loving brother of Carolyn Shestack and Ann (Bernie) Miller.  Morris was known by family and friends for his warmth, sense of humor, intellect, and generosity.

Morris graduated from West Philadelphia High School, earned his undergraduate degree at Temple University, and medical degree at Hahnemann University School of Medicine; he practiced radiology at Grand View Health for 40 years.

Services will be held at Goldsteins’ Rosenberg’s Raphael Sacks Philadelphia, 6410 N. Broad Street, at 11 am, Sunday, February 12. Eagles attire is welcome. Interment to be held at Mount Jacob Cemetery (Section D), 700 Oak Lane in Glenolden, Pa.

The family requests no visitors after the burial. Shiva will be held at the home of Dina Levin Monday, February 13 and Tuesday February 14 after 5 pm.
